Welcome to the Official website of Tag-abaca National High School Alumni Association. Our desire to organize the association started informally. On July 2003, we float letters to 50 graduates citing the intentions of the group and asking their support to make the plan in place. In the letter, we write 7 names of alumni that will comprise the temporary sets of officers. After each name they would write the letter P for president, VP for the vice president and so on. After consolidating, it came out that I have the highest votes for president. |

It started when the barangay council passed a resolution to the Local Government Unit (LGU) of Basilisa requesting the mayor to appropriate funds for Tag-abaca Barangay High School. It was really a crucial time for the barangay officials, teachers, and parents to realize their dream to have a high school building since the district supervisor at that period Mrs. Herarda Babia was hesitant to create another secondary school. She reasoned out that it was not advisable to have another high school because the municipality of Rizal has already existing secondary school in which the enrolment was very few only. It might affect the number of enrolment as she explained further.
