Hon. Geraldine "Jade" B. Ecleo,  Provincial Governor of Dinagat Islands visited Tag-abaca National High School as she
turned-over  the completed school stage to the TNHS Administration last March 25, 2010. The Provincial Government shared
the biggest part of its budget amounting to P 132,000.00 aside from the counterpart of P 31,750 from LGU Basilisa and P 12,000
total counterpart of the Alumni Association for this year's tangible project.

Present during the turned-over ceremony were Mrs. Celerina C. Jariol, ES-1 Division of Dinagat Islands, Mrs. Salome A. Presilda
, the District Supervisor of Rizal, Teachers, Barangay Officials of Tag-abaca, Hon. Antonio M. Espdilla the GPTA President, students
and parents.

Gov. Jade in her message during the ceremony said that she really wants to help all schools in the province to be more
competitive in delivering basic education to all Dinagatnons by having computers, good facilities, and efficient teachers.
The workaholic governor challenges  the students to continue their  studies. "Education is the only treasure that nobody can
take it away from you." she said referring to the students.

As a gift to the school, to the present and future generation of students of Tag-abaca National High School, the Alumni
Association is hoping that they will take care the said facility.

The total project cost is amounting to P 175, 750.00,  the second biggest project the association ever put in the premises
of Tag-abaca National High School since the earth-filling of its ground and tiling of the computer room in 2004.Image
